Response time depends on whether the site is on a maintenance contract, the nature of the fault and the engineer rota. Emergency response for contracted sites is faster, with priority routing through A1(M), A47 and the A1139 parkway ring.

For sites without a contract, response time is fitted around the existing engineer rota for the day. Where possible we will give a clear estimate of arrival window at the point of booking rather than a vague "we will be there as soon as we can".

Sites considering a maintenance contract are usually best served with a short survey visit first, which gives a written baseline of the system before any commitment is made.
